Thanks for all your hard work. We signed all the papers last night even with a looming hurricane just to the north of us. The electronic signing was a trip. The title company signing team could not have been nicer. It was fine. I feel good about the rate, the timing of the first payment actually gives me back almost $2000.00 in my account missing two months to pay the mortgage. Overall, I am very pleased with First Nationwide Lending: (1) expedient GFE and excellent loan rate, (2) careful explanation of all loan documents, (3) very quick loan processing, (4) going out of the way through multiple lenders to get the best rate and credits, (5) arranging the closing and (6) communicating between closing company, buyer and seller agents. Always, very friendly and available to address questions and concerns.
